Our Mission
... is dedicated to the prevention of overpopulation of cats and dogs by offering spaying and neutering and some emergency medical care to companion animals belonging to persons of limited income;

... works with people trying to control overpopulation of strays in their neighborhood;

... wants to provide information to our communities so pet owners can be responsible and caring;

... helps to provide food to "no kill" private shelters that use their own resources to feed and maintain spay and neuter animals that are abandoned by owners;

... is an organization of volunteers with no employees or salaried Board members; and

... is recognized as a charitable organization exempt from federal income tax (under section 501(c)(3) of the I.R.C.) Donors may deduct contributions as provided in section 170 of the code. Our status letter is available for viewing by appointment.
