I wish to sponsor _______________________, a HOPE dog / cat, in the amount of $_____________ per month.  I understand that once this pet has been adopted into a permanent home, my payments will no longer be expected, and that I can discontinue payment if and when I feel the need to.  However, I may elect to sponsor another animal at that time.  Until then, I will send a monthly check by the last day of each month to HOPE for Animals with my sponsored pet's name on the check.
