We need LOTS of water, shade, and it's imperative that we NEVER be left in a car, even with the windows down. (See the ASPCA's recommendations for preventing heat strokes in pets.) "Benny," the precious Prairieville Boston Terrier mix who had been cruelly burned by either chemicals or hot liquids, is still in need of a loving, caring home! Unfortunately, after Hurricane Gustav, Benny was attacked by a dog and lost of one his eyes as a result of the damage. However, this playful, affectionate boy is well now and ready for his forever, adult-only home!
