Keep your receipts. The Humane
Society of Concord and Greater Cabarrus County is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and
all donations are FULLY TAX DEDUCTIBLE |
The Humane Society of Concord & Greater Cabarrus County is constantly
changing and growing. With two adoption locations - our shelter, where
most dogs and pups can be found (along with a few cats) and our unique,
cage-free cat adoption facility, Princeton's Meow, we now, more than ever need
your support. We're all volunteers and we only get "income" from
adoption fees and donations (we don't add any extra when we've had to spend more
to save a puppy from parvo or kennel cough or cure an upper respiratory
infection). We pay a mortgage and utility fees in order to offer you locations
to find healthy, happy and well-cared-for animals.
We appreciate all donations, but hope any group or individual will look over
our list before collecting items.
- MONEY!!
-
even pennies, nickels and dimes -we're a volunteer-run
organization - our only income is from donations and adoptions fees (which
don't always cover the medical needs of the animals prior to adoption).
These monies are used for emergency medical treatments and filling in the
gaps when we don't have sufficient supplies donated. (You can even find
an online donation option on our home page)

(clumping) variety. (We're also collecting the Fresh Step Paws Points
found on the bags/boxes to redeem for additional litter) Used in our Litter-Robots
at Princeton's Meow.

electronic equipment)
